Her: We got a better insight of what it's like being in the married world of being a catholic. It prepared us for a lot!

Him: I love how detailed the key answers are which provided more insight to the topics. we talked about God in detail

Her: I love how personalized the course is and the fact that we are both allowed to provide our own answers and thoughts.

Both: We appreciate learning about the covenant of marriage.

July 31st – Nick and Sabrina – Diocese of Pueblo, CO “I think that it really helped us as a couple to get deeper into talks about the Catholic faith”

Him: I was very satisfied with this course. I believe it really helped both of us get a better grasp of catholic teachings on marriage. It was especially nice to be able to see Sabrina learn new things she hasn’t come to know yet about the Catholic faith. Finally, our instructors were amazing to have along our way and guiding us.

Her: I loved this course because it taught me a lot more about the Catholic faith than I expected as well as helping me and my fiancé dive into deeper questions about our relationship. This course also helped us learn to pray together and have harder discussions face to face with each other. Our instructors were awesome and informative and replied back to us almost instantly after we would submit an assignment. Overall, very happy with the course.

Both: We appreciated how quickly our instructors answered and that they took the time to go through each of our responses and give feedback to all of our answers along with more information.

July 24th – Pedro and Leticia – Archdiocese of Denver, CO “I appreciated the time that we had to think about ourselves and our faith in God”

Him: I'm extremely satisfied!! During this process, we had the opportunity to learn more about God's love and about ourselves and our marriage.

Her: We learned so much. The discussions on each module were amazing, and our instructor's careful feedback was also essential to learn each topic more deeply. This course stood out beyond my expectations.

Both: We were able to learn more from each other and more from the love of God on us.

July 17th – Robert and Marie – Archdiocese of Philadelphia, PA “It surpassed our expectations in every way”

Him: This experience went way beyond what I thought. The couple-to-couple feedback and attention we received will go a long way in our marriage and will be something I refer back to throughout my life with my wife.

Her: truly loved this course. While difficult at times, it lovingly forced us to deeply reflect on our lives “separately before and together now and in the future” and our relationship with Christ. My fiancé and I have built an even stronger foundation rooted in faith thanks to this course and our instructors’ guidance.

Both: This course helped us understand that God needs to be front and center in our marriage. It helped us think about potential barriers and how we can prevent/work through them.

July 10th – Mitchell and Emma – Diocese of Indianapolis, IN “I feel more reaffirmed in our decision to marry and start a family”

Him: Our instructors were so lovely and really helped and guided us. The marriage prep course was challenging but stimulating for our growth and conversations as a couple as we prepare for marriage.

Her: Our instructors were so kind! They gave us wonderful broken-down feedback that made it easy to review our answers while definitely feeling their personal touch in their responses and shared stories. This course allowed us to reflect and talk more deeply as a couple. It really helped reaffirm how deeply we care for one another.

Both: It really helped us take our time and move at the speed that was best for us as a couple. We could take time to reflect when we need too, and didn't feel as rushed or restricted to answer any questions for fear of embarrassment. Our instructors made us feel like it was okay to not know all the right answers in this marriage and life, and that with God, all would be provided for us in time as long as we prayed and stayed on his path!

July 3rd – Mike and Casey – Diocese of Paterson, NJ “It was convenient to complete at our own pace”

Him: It was a very informative course that made you look at marriage from a different perspective.  This course helped us engage with topics that you maybe would have taken for granted when it came to the term marriage. I intend to use these helpful tools for our life long future together.

Her: I was satisfied in the course because it helped prepare our marriage with different topics that we didn't discuss normally. It informed about what NFP was, and what the benefits were for it.  I look forward to using the tools that I have learned throughout our marriage.

Both: It brought different topics to light that we hadn't talked in much detail about.

June 26th – David and Blanca – Archdiocese of Kansas City, KS “The course taught me more than I could have imagined”

Him: I appreciate the way the course is set up. It allowed us to have meaningful conversations one-on-one without the influence of anyone else but God. The guidance in our instructors' responses was also appreciated. We learned with the assignments but then learned even more with the feedback from our instructors.

Her: The course was oriented for each other. I appreciated that although we had instructors, we learned most of it with each other through the help of them (rather than them teaching us all of it while we listen). I loved that it also allowed us to comfortably have discussions on a personal level. It felt intimate and that we were able to work on the course at our own pace.

Both: It literally helped us by guiding us on HOW to build the foundations of our marriage and the importance of it. It taught us SO much things that are going to help our marriage through God.

June 19th – Ryan and Krista – Archdiocese of Denver, CO “I knew it would be a good experience, but we got more out of it than I had imagined”

Him: Being able to go at our own pace made it nice to find time and spend with one another. The format made for really good conversations that often led to much deeper discussions. I loved the feedback from each session because it required us to revisit and refresh what we had gone through. 

Her: The format and ability to be flexible and pace ourselves through this marriage prep was great! Our instructors were so kind and helpful along the way. We really loved how interactive the assignments were!

Both: We both have grown so much in our faith over the marriage prep process, and this course added so much to that.
