Sep. 9th – Matthew and Annika – Archdiocese of Dubuque, IA “It has given me goals to go to Church more frequently and to strengthen my relationship with Christ”

Him: I felt like this course did a very good job of hitting the most important points on creating a happy and strong marriage. It allowed for great conversations between Annika and I and it allowed us to cover topics that otherwise we might have been uncomfortable talking about.

Her: I learned a LOT and I could tell the instructors really cared about us and enjoyed working with us!

Both: This course gave us a lot of great tools to increase our communication in our relationship and soon-to-be marriage.  This course was a true blessing because we were struggling a little bit in that area of our relationship and now, we feel like we have the ability to communicate more effectively together.

 

Sep. 10th – Chris and Michela – Diocese of Wichita, KS “The course reignited my desire to get closer to God and His Church”

Him: This course provided a deep, insightful, and faith-centered approach to preparing for marriage. It helped us reflect not only on our relationship with each other but also on our relationship with Christ. The assignments and discussions allowed us to explore important topics such as forgiveness, communication, and spirituality in a meaningful way. We now feel more equipped to enter into marriage with a strong foundation.

Her: Focusing on the spiritual dimensions of marriage, alongside practical advice, was super helpful to me throughout the course. I was very satisfied with our feedback from our instructors and thought they did a great job responding to our answers and providing us with additional tools and details. I also enjoyed the flow of the course and how the sessions built off of one another.

Both: The course absolutely improved our communication. The structured discussions helped us talk about important topics that might not have come up otherwise. We’ve shared more openly about our expectations, dreams, and concerns for our future together. These conversations have helped us build a strong foundation for our marriage, and we feel more prepared to handle the challenges that may come our way.

 

Sep. 11th – Hung and Diana– Archdiocese of Galveston-Houston, TX “Now more than ever, I see God's goodness in every little thing”

Him: I found it to be incredibly educational and eye-opening. The content was well-structured and offered valuable insights that I hadn’t considered before. I feel much more prepared and confident as I approach this next chapter in my life.

Her: The lessons I've learned throughout this course have provided valuable insights that I believe will significantly enhance my ability to be a better partner and contribute positively to my marriage in the future.

Both: We’ve been actively working on our listening skills and making an effort to share our feelings with each other in a non-accusatory manner. We’re learning to be more considerate of one another’s perspectives. One of the most valuable lessons we’ve gained is that by loving God above all else, we can better understand how to love each other in the way He intends. This insight has been profoundly impactful in shaping our relationship.

 

Sep. 12th – Tony and Trang – Diocese of Houma-Thibodaux, LA “It made me realize how much we need God's guidance in our marriage and everyday life”

Him: I am extremely satisfied with the course because it has deepened my understanding of marriage and the Catholic faith. The topics covered were relevant and provided valuable insights into building a strong, faith-centered marriage. I feel more prepared and confident about our future together.

Her: I found the course to be very enriching and informative. It gave us practical tools and spiritual guidance to strengthen our relationship. The discussions helped us address important topics, and I appreciate the focus on communication, forgiveness, and faith. Overall, it has been a great experience that brought us closer as a couple.

Sep. 13th – Peter and Natalia – Archdiocese of Portland, OR “This course reminded me of all the good God has to offer and everything he has done for our world”

Him: I thoroughly enjoyed this course. It was insightful, informative, and sparked fulfilling conversations. There was so much useful information, we are happy to have gone through this process and look forward to applying what we have learned.

Her: This course brought us together in a positive way. It was great to experience insight on different perspectives. Since I was not brought up in a Catholic household, I learned a lot of new things that we can apply to our lives.

Both: It helped deepen our understanding on a variety of topics, it allowed us to open with each other and have discussions that deepen our love for each other.
