July 15th – James and Haley – Diocese of Madison, WI “It was nice to have the online option, and be able to sit down each week”

Him: It helped me understand more about my future wife and the life we plan to have together.

Her: I appreciated having a couple to discuss issues/things with that we wouldn’t have thought to discuss otherwise.

Both: It helped us identify could be problems in the future and how to handle them respectfully. It also helped us identify our goals within the marriage.

July 16th – James and Sofia – Diocese of Phoenix, AZ “This has helped both of us by forming a stronger relationship with God and the church”

Him: We look forward to continuing these courses provided by the church and would recommend this to our family and friends.

Her: The courses were very informative and went in depth to the teachings of the church and how they correlate to my relationship with my future husband. It facilitated important conversations and gave each other more insight to our beliefs and bond to God and each other.

Both: The courses honestly exceeded our expectations and we loved to do everything online together. This made it easier to hold deep and meaningful conversations. It was our cute little date night.

July 17th – Chris and Pamela– Diocese of Burlington, VT “I'm not the most devout person but it was insightful and gave me interest in pursuing it further.”

Him: The course was well done and the instructors were very kind.

Her: The course covered a variety of topics that we had never thought about or discussed as a couple.

Both: We appreciated the conversation that it opened up about various topics.

July 18th – Ronald and Anina – Eparchy of Our Lady of Lebanon, CA “It allowed us to do things the truly right and ethical way instead of always thinking that we know what is best for us.”

Him: Making sure our future children are involved in a youth group and we can volunteer as a family for church events.

Her: It guided us into praying and attending mass on a regular basis.

Both: It allowed us to talk about certain subjects in a professional way instead of bringing it up as an argument.

July 19th – Samuel and Annabell – Archdiocese for the Military – Washington, DC “Having it be a self-paced course without the need to work around instructors scheduling was huge”

Him: I appreciated the format for the assignments. Being able to download and work on these assignments offline made it very easy to work together even though we do not live together. Completing the assignments was as painless a process as it could be considering our restrictions. Having it be a self-paced course without the need to work around instructors scheduling was huge. It would have been impossible for us to complete this course otherwise with my inconsistent schedule and Annabell's restrictions during her work day.

Her: I appreciated getting our answer sheets back so quickly from Lisa and Mike. They were very consistent on helping us continue to work towards completing the course.
I also felt like Lisa and Mike were a good pair for us.

Both: It was nice to get back into reading the Bible and to be able to discuss the Bible and biblical/faith-oriented topics together.
