April 8th – Tanner and Madison – Diocese of Sioux City, IA “This course was helpful and will positively impact our marriage and relationship with God”
Him: This course gave us the opportunity to grow in our relationship with God and understand the importance of God within our marriage
Her: I now think about God and marriage differently, it really opened my eyes. I truly believe we grew throughout this experience.
Both: It made both of us have more of an open mind towards one another, so the communication was better between us. We will continue to use a strong foundation throughout marriage of communication because it is one of the most important tasks of marriage.
April 1st – Evan and Reese – Archdiocese of Edmonton, AB “I appreciated the feedback from our instructors”
Him: I am very glad we took this course as I feel it highlighted aspects of our relationship which we can continue to work on to have a healthy and happy marriage. It allowed me to take the time with Reese to explore our faith and connection with God and find ways to strengthen and build our relationship with God in our future marriage.
Her: This course allowed us to dive deeper into conversation and explore our relationship with God. The questions allowed us to take a step back and examine our relationship and highlighted aspects to work on and grow our marriage and our faith.
Both: It allowed us to dedicate time to examine our relationship and explore topics which we had not necessarily talked about before. We both have found ourselves talking more openly and freely about our faith and our relationships with God both as individuals and as a couple.
March 25th – Benjamin and Andrea – Diocese of Orlando, FL “All the insight from our instructors provided excellent points of communication”
Him: Great feedback from our instructors, timely, and insightful.
Her: Our instructors offered us so many points of conversation to enrich our relationship. I am so grateful for them and this course.
Both: This course allowed us to have meaningful conversations about God, His Church, and what it means to be Catholic.

March 18th – Jack and Tayna (Interfaith) – Archdiocese of Atlanta, GA “This course ignited me to learn more about the Catholic faith and live a life closer to God”
Him: Since I am not Catholic, this course really educated me on the Catholic faith and what it takes to have a successful Catholic marriage.
Her: I am extremely satisfied because this course brought Jack and I closer together. We have discussed how we would like to spend more time praying together and strengthening our faith together, and this was a good step in that right direction.
Both: The types of topics in the course generated great discussion between us that allowed us to share in depth. There were thought provoking questions that helped us build the foundation of our marriage. The last lesson was especially helpful and timely as we had just been talking about what good and successful communication in our relationship looks like earlier in the week.

Her: The experienced facilitators fostered a warm and open atmosphere, allowing us to explore crucial topics with newfound understanding, leaving us thoroughly satisfied and well-equipped for the next chapter of our lives together.
Both: The comprehensive curriculum skillfully covered various aspects of building a strong foundation for a lasting marriage, providing valuable insights and practical tools for effective communication and conflict resolution.
March 4th – Mitchell and Molly – Diocese of Duluth, MN “We both gained a better understanding of the foundation of marriage through faith and God”
Him: This course provided me with a better understanding to the role God/faith plays in our marriage journey.
Her: I am very satisfied with the communicative aspect from our mentors- they were so detailed in their responses and helpful/understanding to our answers. We learned quite a bit from their detailed responses in the answer key to help us further understand the passages and readings.
Both: We both deepened our relationship with each other and God throughout this process. We found ways to work together and really discuss hard topics that are so important to building a marriage.

Feb. 26th – Justin and Kaitlyn (Interfaith) – Diocese of Orlando, FL “I appreciate the effort and thoughtfulness of our instructor couple”
Him: This course has been quite thought provoking to me, especially as a non-Catholic. The overall experience was enjoyable and informative.
Her: The course helped us to have conversations again with the nearness of actually being married soon. We were able to verify that we were in the same page about so many things and have conversations on how we would handle disagreements down the road.
Both: The course gave valuable techniques to help us communicate better and the topics we should be communicating about. The course has made us even stronger as a couple and set a solid foundation for our marriage.
Feb. 19th – Cory and Nikki – Diocese of Lincoln, NE “I was not expecting all the great information and the interactive format that course provided”
Him: We really liked being able to work at our own pace and that feedback was provided at the end of each assignment.
Her: We learned so much from this course. I was leery about taking the class online rather than in-person and was pleasantly surprised. It was incredibly organized and ran smoothly, the instructors provided excellent feedback and insight, and it allowed us to work on the program as we were able to.
Both: This course definitely allowed us to communicate better as it pushed us to talk about topics which we've never discussed and had slightly differing opinions. It provided us with a format to discuss our differences and highlighted ways for us to improve as a couple.

Feb. 12th – Scott and Jerianne (Interfaith) – Diocese of Sacramento, CA “It put a lot of perspective on our marriage and how to approach good and bad situations”
Him: It was a great experience learning more about my fiancé’s religious background and the importance of marriage. I think it definitely does have a bit of an impact in how I view Catholicism and how is like to raise our future children. I am open to learning more about the other sacraments as well and its importance to our daily lives.
Her: I loved learning about how marriage is another gift from God. I liked how the lessons taught us the importance of family and being the best example of a marriage for our future children.
Both: We've adapted active listening into our conversations and made it a habit to relate our experiences to the bible.
Feb. 5th – Robert and Maria – Diocese of San Angelo, TX “In completing this course, I can definitely say I have a revived enlightenment for the power of his love and teachings”
Him: I really enjoyed this course. I like how we were able to be flexible and work on it when we had time to focus and absorb all of the information. The way it was structured really did allow us to take time and communicate and look more in depth into each section. I would like to thank you both for taking the time to help guide us through this.
Her: I appreciated that the course was offered online. This was very helpful considering our work/life balance. I really enjoyed the content and presentation overall. It was user friendly and easy to follow along. Our instructors were very insightful and I sincerely looked forward to reviewing their feedback. Their passion for the material helped inspire further conversation and understanding. I enjoyed that I felt I really learned new things in every course. I was raised Catholic and am confident I have a general understanding but I really enjoyed diving deeper with an open heart and open mind.
Both: We appreciated how we were not judged by any of our answers or mistakes that we have made. If we did not interpret something correctly, our instructors helped us see it in a different way that then we could discuss.
