Request Course Time Extension
Normal Speed course:
One free 30-day course extension per registration may be requested before your membership expires.
If you have started the Normal Speed course but your account expires, you may be eligible for a reactivation if your account has not been inactive for more than 3 months. However, Normal Speed accounts that remain expired and inactive for more than 3 months will be permanently removed from our system.
After a Normal Speed account has been expired for 3 months:
- Reactivation is no longer available.
- Course progress cannot be restored.
- A new course registration will be required to begin again.
Extensions: Please fill out the form below to request an additional free 30 days of access to your Normal Speed course.
After your first 30 day free extension, your course can be reactivated for a $74 fee.
Reactivations: Normal Speed Course Reactivations give you 3 more months to complete the course.
Urgent Care course:
After your first 15-day free extension, there is no reactivation option. You will have to repurchase the course at full price to continue the course.
